About the Role
As a Digital Transformation Officer at WalkMe, you will align with sales leadership to lead strategic conversations with customers and prospects regarding their Digital Transformation and business goals. Reporting to the VP/Global Field CTO, you will be a thought leader among internal teams and with WalkMe customers and prospects. You will engage with existing and potential customers remotely or onsite to build a compelling narrative that covers the current state, the desired future state, the value in closing the gap, and a delivery plan to ensure Digital Transformation success.

What You'll Own

  • Create and define prescriptive approaches to expand digital adoption across the customer enterprise, specifically focused on corporate or line of business priorities, industry, and viable use cases
  • Support deep and ongoing collaborative innovation with strategic customers and partners, to include value benchmarking and emerging trends in Digital Transformation
  • Provide industry and product expertise to facilitate the closing of deals with sales teams
  • Translate technical concepts into business benefit for leadership, and execute solution strategies
  • Present solutions to executive leadership and industry conference attendees
  • Partner with account teams on territory planning, renewals, and execution

What You Need to Succeed

  • 5+ years experience as a Digital Transformation leader
  • Demonstrated success leading enterprise wide Transformation initiatives
  • Ability to combine business, technical, and financial analyses to understand the baseline and future capabilities of the customer
  • Ability to travel on occasion/access to major airport
