About the Role
The Business Value Consultant is focused on assisting clients and stakeholders as an expert who brings credible business value strategies and deliverables to our clients. You will work with account teams and across lines of business to articulate the value of WalkMe to potential and existing customers during and after sales.
You will play an essential role in the development of quantitative and qualitative analyses to define how customers can best utilize WalkMe based on the needs of their business. You will report to the Digital Transformation Officer.

What You'll Own

  • Engage with clients and prospects to establish various use cases and quantify the value behind them.
  • Partner with sales teams during the pre-sales phase to showcase the value of WalkMe, aligned with their business goals
  • Create analytic models and custom executive presentations to showcase benefits of WalkMe
  • Collect Walkme and industry data to establish and measure utilization trends
  • Provide guidance to field sales on value selling and business case models

What You Need to Succeed

  • 2+ years experience in a Business Value Consulting role
  • Financial modeling experience, familiarity with key financial metrics
  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance or related degree
  • Proven success in pre-sales and post-sales customer deliverables
  • Ability to travel domestically
