We’re looking for a Director Of Global Facilities to help take digital adoption and WalkMe to the next level.
As a Director Of Global Facilities you will be responsible to delivery of facility management operations.
You will ensure all contract deliverables with third-party service providers are met including operational up time, cost savings plans, energy reduction programs, service improvements and introduction of best practices and innovations.

  • Global management of all WalkMe offices and teams
  • Manage office leases, construction, landlord management, space planning
  • Set and define global facilities SLA and policies
  • Develop, implement & refine real estate strategy and operational infrastructure of processes to support company’s growth
  • Develop and manage relationships with a wide range of executives, managers, business line project management support staff, outsourced vendors and consultants (Hospitality, Physical Security, Office Services, etc.
  • Manage and coordinate facilities management contractual services.
  • Develop, implement and manage policies and procedures for facility use and maintenance

What you should bring to the table?

  • Minimum of 8 years of global experience in, facilities, real estate and office services management
  • Bachelor’s degree required in related field
  • Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, keeping multiple priorities moving while not losing track of details;possess excellent organizational skills, strong analytical Excellent organizational skills, great communication and creative
  • Ability to influence, negotiate and communicate with confidence through both written and oral communications·       
  • Knowledge of principles, processes and standards of procurement and facilities
