About the position
- Global management of all WalkMe offices and teams
- Manage office leases, construction, landlord management, space planning
- Set and define global facilities SLA and policies
- Develop, implement & refine real estate strategy and operational infrastructure of processes to support company’s growth
- Develop and manage relationships with a wide range of executives, managers, business line project management support staff, outsourced vendors and consultants (Hospitality, Physical Security, Office Services, etc.
- Manage and coordinate facilities management contractual services.
- Develop, implement and manage policies and procedures for facility use and maintenance
What you should bring to the table?
- Minimum of 8 years of global experience in, facilities, real estate and office services management
- Bachelor’s degree required in related field
- Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, keeping multiple priorities moving while not losing track of details;possess excellent organizational skills, strong analytical Excellent organizational skills, great communication and creative
- Ability to influence, negotiate and communicate with confidence through both written and oral communications·
- Knowledge of principles, processes and standards of procurement and facilities
