About the position

WalkMe pioneered the Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) to empower business leaders to realize the promise of technology in today's overwhelming digital world. Through WalkMe's guidance, engagement, insights, and automation, employees are more efficient, executives have better visibility into digital usage, and organizations maximize the full value of their digital assets to empower digital transformation.

The WalkMe Digital Adoption Fellowship is a paid fellowship for diverse individuals from underrepresented communities. The fellowship provides WalkMe certification through the Digital Adoption Institute (DAI) and on-the-job training opportunities in the form of externships at non-profit registered 501(c)3 customer organizations.

The fellowship consists of two tracks: technical and operational. Fellows will spend the first 3 months of the experience learning and gaining certification based on their chosen track from the DAI. Then they spend the following 3 months gaining real world experience at non-profit customer organizations with a dedicated mentor.

Please note, even though the location is Raleigh we are open and looking for remote fellows!
