Learning and Development Specialist
People Team - Tel Aviv, EMEA
About the position
What will you actually be doing?
- Design, build, coordinate and deliver engaging training content and participant materials
- Coordinates logistics needed for virtual and in-person workshops to include: sending invites, scheduling training rooms, coordinating materials/supplies, track program evaluations etc.
- Track the effectiveness of training sessions including data collection, interpretation and present the outcomes to management
- Support the learning technology strategy and implementation including the ongoing design, overall administration, assignments, curriculum, compliance training, reporting and end-user support of the LMS
- Develop strong partnerships with key stakeholders in the organization
- Enable and facilitate a smooth and effective onboarding for EMEA and APJ Team Members
- Partner with the Manager, Talent Management to drive training strategies for various teams, including frontline Team Members and People Leaders
- Facilitate and promote virtual global training programs, including leadership development initiatives
- Identify ways to continuously improve training content and materials that need updating to generate higher productivity and engagement focusing on the company's strategic goals.
What should you bring to the table?
- 2+ years’ experience in Training & Development or Curriculum Development & Instruction
- Global and cross-cultural agility partnering with cross-functional teams in various locations
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing training programs
- strong verbal and written communication and influencing skills (Hebrew and English) - Must
- Knowledge in HR programs: performance management, leadership development, talent reviews, succession planning, effective communication, etc.
- Strong facilitation skills
- Strong leadership presence and communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and great follow-up and follow-through skills
- Ability to thrive in a face-paced global environment with quickly changing business needs
- Strong ability to work independently in a global, remote environment
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, LMS Administration and Articulate 360 or comparable
