About the Role
We are hiring a Director of Product Marketing to lead and own product messaging and positioning. Reporting to the VP, Product Marketing, you will work cross-functionally between Product Management, Marketing, and Sales to ensure that we effectively communicate the current and future value of WalkMe's industry-leading Digital Adoption Platform. This is a unique opportunity to join a true category creator in a pivotal role during a key time in the category's evolution.

What You'll Own

  • You will own the GTM for your line of business, translating product functionality and technical details into user benefit and value
  • Develop product positioning and messaging informed by user research, market insights, and product understanding
  • Research and understand buyer personas to ensure your product is designed and delivered to create value for them, being a partner and strategic advisor to product managers
  • Be the voice of product releases for your line of business, developing all relevant collateral (emails, release notes, brochures, videos, webinars, in-product solutions, demos)
  • Partner with technical and sales enablement teams to educate on the latest products and how to sell them

What You Need to Succeed

  • 7+ years experience in product marketing at a B2B SaaS company
  • Ability to research marketing trends and other related topics
  • Experience working with Product Management teams, with the ability to translate technical concepts into successful product and marketing material for customers and sales teams
