About the Role
WalkMe is seeking a Competitive Intelligence Manager to be a key member of our fast-growing global Marketing team. You will report directly to the RVP of Strategic Positioning, and will work closely with marketing, sales and product teams to gain in-depth intel and insights into WalkMe's alternative solutions and key target markets.
You are an independent, creative researcher who finds and interprets market, sales and competitive information to deliver the insights WalkMe needs to sustain its leadership position and enable growth. This person will improve the focus and precision of our go to market strategy while improving our position and accelerating target market penetration.

What You'll Own

  • Provide analysis on various alternative offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales and methods of operation
  • Develop insights and make recommendations to positively influence strategic decisions
  • Partner with sales in win/loss analysis
  • Remain informed on market trends, analyst research and industry experts
  • Partner with product marketing, product management and sales teams in developing collateral to build compelling pitches and product demos within industry segments

What You Need to Succeed

  • 4 + years of demonstrated experience with both qualitative and quantitative market research skills, including but not limited to data analysis, competitive intelligence, data synthesis, SWOT analysis, and data driven recommendations
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or Cloud-related product sales, industry analysis, product management, product strategy, or product marketing
  • Familiarity with competitive intelligence platform, Crayon
