Senior Marketing Operations Manager

About the position
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Liaison between marketing operations and the global corporate/field marketing team
- You will work with the sales operations, the finance and the BI departments
- Understand and simplify technical and business requests and prioritize them
- Support the Field Marketing team with the ABM effort to drive value at scale
- Assistance with Virtual and Live Events, Lead Management
- Report on: Budget, analytics, pipeline
- Full SFDC Campaign Management, Pardot knowledge is an advantage
- You will report to the Head of Marketing Operations
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
- 3+ years of experience in a Marketing Operations, Demand Generation, or Marketing Systems/Technology role required, experience gained in a SaaS organization
- Proficiency with Salesforce Campaign Management tool
- Competency with Zoom, On24, Pardot, WordPress, Beepro (or a similar email template creator) and Totango
- Experience with Addevent, Monday.com and Tableau
- Process-oriented
- High proficiency in Excel (can perform complex functions)
- Project management experience
