The Solution Engineer is an important role within the Professional Services team at WalkMe. We're looking for a passionate and motivated team member who will partner with our customers to design and build solutions that enhance the user experience across multiple websites and platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, solutioning, and customer success. The Solution Engineer will report to a Professional Services Manager.

What You'll Own

  • Analyze customer requirements to design and implement value-driven solutions across web, desktop, and mobile devices. 
  • Oversee multiple concurrently running projects, while managing scope, budget, schedule, and quality. 
  • Conduct quality assurance testing, host technical training calls, and provide troubleshooting support for customers. 
  • Foster teamwork and cross-functional collaboration (Consulting Services, Technical Support, and Customer Success Management). 
  • Build and maintain rapport with customers, while providing exceptional customer service.

What You Need To Succeed

  • 2+ years of experience in Professional Services or Customer Success.
  • 1+ years of SaaS experience.
  • An understanding of basic website features/technicalities (HTML and/or CSS).
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong presentation skills for all audiences; Ability to articulate thoughts and ideas clearly, concisely, and persuasively, to a variety of different personas.
  • Strong project planning skills, including but not limited to time management and risk mitigation.
  • Result-oriented mindset and a keenness to detail.
  • A natural excitement about new technologies.
  • Strong business acumen and decision-making abilities.
  • A customer-centric mindset.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%
