WalkMe is looking to hire a brilliant Scala Engineer to join our Engineering Department. This is your chance to join one of the fastest growing and most exciting companies in Israel.
WalkMe's Engineering Team consists of end to end web specialists who encounter thought provoking challenges on a daily basis such as our sophisticated JavaScript based engine running on millions of users, user behavior data collection and analysis, and much more.

What will you actually be doing:
- Develop complex real time applications, with a focus on high load data processing
- Develop and maintain a wide range of NoSQL storage engines
- Manage large scale distributed systemsInvestigate and implement new technologies
What should you bring to the table:
- Excellent Proficiency with Scala
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Good knowledge of Networking, Linux administration and command line interface
Will be nice to have:
- Experience with any of the following: Flink, Spark Streaming or other real time processing frameworks
- Experience with GCP/AWS/Azure
- Experience with Kafka, Kubernetes, AWS Lambdas, Google Cloud Functions
- Experience with Big Data architectures
